Advanced Professional Program (APP)
Fast-Track Intensive Study
Advanced Performance Management (APM) is the title of the new postgraduate intensive study of the IMEC in cooperation with the FIBAA accredited European Management School (EMS). The EMS in Mainz is the academic Management School of the recognised Cologne Business School (CBS) which ranks among the best private academies in Germany.
The program is designed to meet the challenges of modern management and to increase the performance of ambitious managers in our fast changing and complex business world.
For the first time in the educational sector essential knowledge transfer is combined with an Individual Business Coaching (IBC). This new approach combines building the professional expertise with the successful development of the Business Personality.
Globalization, re-engineering and virtualization are only some of the elements in today’s complex management world. No longer do products or services form the basis for a long-term leading market position. It is rather the competence of recognizing trends, developments and market potentials earlier as well the professional capability to react systematically and with effective management strategies.
The post gradual management program „Advanced Performance Management (APM)” meets these challenges: Professionals and experts receive within one year the key skills to increase their performance in business and strengthen their personality.
The program provides top-to-date knowledge in compact management modules. The contributions of our renowned lecturers, coaches and guest speakers are characterized by an ambitious interdisciplinary approach and in-depth delivery of profound knowledge.
Perfectly coordinated with each other they provide the secrets of todays integrated performance management.
The crucial difference:
Within the framework of our integrated Individual Business Coaching (IBC) each participant benefits from the mentoring of a professional management coach. During coaching sessions we analyse your individual social- and leadership skills and work out your personal development. This will not only broaden your horizon but shape your personality.
Knowledge Management & Organizational Performance
Companies and their employees nowadays face a highly dynamic environment. Changes have become a constant. Building, transferring as well as developing diversified knowledge are already and will stay decisive competitive factors.
Goal-oriented processes, state-of-the-art IT-infrastructure and an effective organization complete the sustainable company.
To reach a maximum performance you need the right staff and an effective and at the same time efficient management through an intelligent system infrastructure.
The seminar refers to these issues and delivers modern approaches of processes and organizational structure.
Furthermore, sustainable concepts for acquisition, management and development of a mobile and at the same time demanding workforce are discussed.
Corporate Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurial Thinking
Social commitment of companies has become a key issue. Increasing social requirements for social and ecological responsibility force companies to show proactive behaviour.
The seminar discusses the status quo and development trends, shows backgrounds and successes and mainly looks at the question: Is it a trend, a marketing strategy or indeed a future oriented management approach?
Can a genuine social commitment be the true crucial factor in differentiation – being perceived and appreciated by the consumer and at the same time rewarded with additional costs, increased sales and loyalty?
Leadership – successful leading
Having a workforce, who can cope with rapidly changing conditions in international markets is today regarded as THE decisive factor for companies.
In a working world, which is characterized by an increasing speed of change and uncertainty as well as a growing complexity, once acquired knowledge are not enough to perform for a whole work life. Lifelong learning, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility are as well as methodical know-how some of the required competences in employability.
Not only employees but also organizations are called to create a performance-oriented environment for development.
The seminar conveys the key elements of employability-management as well as key elements and tasks of a long-term successful leadership.
Digital Social Media in Corporate Communications and Knowledge Management
Within one decade social media has become an essential element of our communication and continues to develop. The new media world offers a variety of exciting new options but also a number of challenges.
The seminar about social media gives exciting insights on ways and means for usage of options and prevention of pitfalls.
You will learn all about cross-media connectivity of your communication, collaborative innovation, knowledge management and much more, which the digital world offers to a productive company.
Managing Innovation 4.0
The capability to innovate has always been a crucial factor for a company’s success. A future-proof solution for customer needs and the daily challenges in a firm demands an unconventional approach – in increasingly complex contexts.
This module teaches the fundamentals but, above all, also the various opportunities and modern methods of successful innovation management. The strategic approach is just as important a central aspect as the long-term sustained implementation in the organization by involving all stakeholders.
Online trading has revolutionized shopping. Companies of practically all industries offer their products digitally – some more, some less successful. Nextlevel e-commerce provides you with insights into tomorrows online trading.
